Angus-Young Bunker

This project was a tenant buildout for Bunker Protect — a San Francisco based insurance company with a growing presence in Madison.

The design features a conference room as the focal point upon entry. The room is surrounded by 3 glass walls, a branding and media wall, and a floating bench for mobile workstations. The bench wraps around the conference room and transitions into a raised workstation featuring a built in planter to bring greenery into the office. This flowing wood surface is then terminated as a workstation in a raised collaboration area.

The space has a mixture of raw concrete and reclaimed wood, exposed structure ceilings, chalkboard walls and stained concrete floors. The kitchen has quartz waterfall countertops, tile wall, mixed with contemporary furniture.

The kitchen becomes the central hub of the design serving as a catch all for employees. They can work, play, or eat in this area. This was an important piece to the design giving ultimate flexibility to Bunker employees.
