This project was an addition and renovation for Meriter Hospital to an existing building owned by Sara Investment. To serve Meriter’s Therapy service space needs, they moved services to a new facility down the street from the Hospital. The building consists of two levels. The lower level is administration and offices, and the second level is Neurology Therapy and Outpatient Physical Therapy Services.
