This redevelopment was designed to breathe new life into a business serving the Madison community for more than 100 years- Klein’s Floral and Greenhouses. This 29,700 SF building includes a 2-story 5,500 SF retail center, 2,200 SF mezzanine, and 22,000 SF greenhouse. The modernized facility features in-floor heat and energy-saving building techniques. These improvements will allow Klein’s to expand their variety of offerings, growing capabilities and overall inventory.
