This company advertised a super aggressive rate on here and then when i spoke with them they told me a higher price. Amanda the mortgage officer tried to play it off like it was just a glitch but it certainly seemed shady. They then said they'd offer the quote once i could get set up in their system (waste of time) Amanda then started saying incorrect things and that i told her incorrect info which i did not to try and get out of the quote technicality. This company is a joke and should not be represented on Bankrate. I have done several real estate transactions and this was the most unprofessional group i've ever been in contact with.

In response to your online review: We do take it VERY serious that your experience with our Mortgage Bank wasn't what you expected. We have a 12 year history of advertising on Bankrate and in that amount of time we have never been accused of this type of behavior. We DO NOT bait and switch and have passed every Bankrate "Mystery Shopper" test that we have been subject to over the years. In this particular case the inquiry that was requested through the Bankrate site was a 15 year fixed rate with 30% down along with a 780 FICO but what you requested later by phone and text was actually a 20 year fixed. With that being said; Once the loan application was completed the down payment was also changed from 30% to 25% and your FICO score came in lower than 780. We do understand that these may have seemed like minor changes to you but they did in fact affect the terms of the loan and in this case it changed the pricing and the rate itself.
